Commercial Architecture

JCA has completed a wide variety of commercial, institutional, and adaptive reuse projects in southern New England. These projects include the design of Raffa Yoga's new 12,000 SF yoga studio and active relaxation center, a new visitor's entrance and monumental staircase at the Mount Saint Charles Academy, a school children with behavioral issues, a daycare for developmentally delayed adults, a crane dealership for Shawmut Equipment, and the conversion of industrial mill buildings to loft apartments.

JCA works closely with each client to see that the building we create together meets or exceeds their expectations. Our commercial work exemplifies our ability to balance functional requirements, safety concerns, and budgetary limitations with the desire to create inspirational spaces that enhance the experience of those who inhabit and interact with them.
