Providence Residence

Located on the Boulevard, on Providence's East Side, this historic home was in dire need of complete restoration and substantial updates. JCA worked closely with the new owners to craft a design that thoughtfully balances restoration of period features, reconfiguration of outdated spaces, updates to building systems, and the integration of two new additions. The result is an elegant home suited for modern living but filled with the warmth of early twentieth century detail.

The kitchen features custom cabinetry and panelwork designed by JCA and executed by Jutras Woodworking.

In addition to designing the extensive interior and exterior renovations of the residence itself, JCA assisted the owners with the design of updates to the formal gardens, terraces, entry walkways, and driveway.
