Residential Architecture

Over the last 15 years, JCA has completed the design of more than 100 residential projects of varying scale and complexity.  Working with residential clients has always been and continues to be a primary focus of our practice.

We start the residential design process by listening closely to our clients thoughts about their project and observing how they interact with their current home.  In addition to clearly establishing the aesthetic and functional requirements for the project, we delve deeper to determine the feel that our clients want their space to have.  We use this information to create indoor and outdoor spaces that suit our clients needs and bring joy to their daily lives.

Few things are more satisfying than having a client tell you that a space you designed for them has significantly affected their life in a positive way.  We aim to earn those compliments on every project we undertake.
